Ballet Barre Fitness
This work out is based in classical ballet technique, pilates-style stretching, and dance conditioning to sculpt a long, lean body. Movements are executed at the barre targeting: upper thighs, abs, and arms with light cardio intervals to keep you burning calories!
No dance experience necessary. Ballet shoes or socks are preferred. Workout attire of your choice!

This is NOT your average fitness class! Each week will feature a new style of dance: 80's-90's pop, jazz funk, heels, and choreography that anyone can learn! We dim the lights and crank the music so it feels like a Friday night at your favorite nightclub!
