After School Dance Program
The 2024 dance season will mark our 10th year at Wesley Prep!
Preston Hollow Dance offers exceptional instruction by qualified, professional instructors. We are pleased to bring formal ballet and jazz classes that will enrich your child's fine arts education in a way that is convenient for parents.
Students in the Wesley Prep After-School Dance Program enjoy full membership status at Preston Hollow Dance, including participation in our spring recital.
The spring semester runs January 16th - May 9th and our recital will be on June 1st, more details will be emailed after enrollment.
What does tuition include?
Fall Registration & Tuition Includes a dance kit comprised of 1 black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Please include your child’s sizes upon registering online. Our Winter Recital will be held inside of Asbury Hall at Wesley Prep. Dates and times will be announced via email.
Spring Tuition Includes a recital costume and performance fee, the Spring Recital will be held at Thomas Jefferson High School (across from our dance studio). There are 3 shows that day, we will email parent’s the Wesley Prep call-times and important details.
Please note: registration and tuition are non-refundable.
The rate for this program is specific to your school and applies only to the after-school program at this campus.

Q: How do I register?
Click on the "Register Now" button at the top of this page, you can enroll your child and make a payment online or over the phone, 214 - 351 - 1690.
Q: What should students wear?
Your child's dance attire will be covered by tuition and will include the following:
Ballet Girls: Black leotards, pink tights, pink ballet shoes
Ballet Boys: Black pants, white t-shirts, black ballet shoes
Hip Hop: T-shirt or school uniform, leggings, and sneakers.
Q: How will my child prepare for dance class when I am not there to assist?
Please pack your child's dance bag and send it with them to school. Our teachers will help the students change and get ready for class.
Q: How will my child know that it's time for class and how will my child get to class?
PreK & Kinder – A Wesley Prep staff member will gather the dance class students directly from their classrooms and escort the students to the dance class on Tuesday afternoons.
Primer through 3rd – As the children are walking down the hall for afternoon carpool, a Wesley Prep staff member will gather the dance class students and direct them to the dance class on Tuesday afternoons.
Q: Where do I pick up my child when class is over?
PreK & Kinder – A Wesley Prep staff member will gather the dance class students when class has ended and walk them to the “Spire” location (small parking lot off NW Hwy) for you to pick up by 3:00pm. If you have an older child at Wesley Prep, you may then get in the 3:00 Elementary carpool line.
Primer through 3rd – Please park your car in the parking lot by the gym and walk in to pick up your child directly from the classroom at 4:00pm.
Q: How does the after school dance program at Wesley Prep compare to dance classes at an off-site dance studio?
Preston Hollow Dance has earned a reputation for its professionalism and excellence in dance instruction in the North Texas community. We bring these high standards to the after school program at Wesley Prep. The difference is that your child will receive this instruction on school campus.
Q: What if my child misses a class?
Students can attend any age-appropriate class at our studio within 30 days of his/her illness-related absence as a make-up class. Please check our schedule, select a class, and send your make-up class rsvp to info@prestonhollowdance.com.
